Shift Details

Schedule:

- Saturday & Sunday - 7am to 7pm
- Monday, or Friday - 7am to 3pm, or 8am to 4pm

What you'll do

- Operate manufacturing processes while following quality and safety procedures
- Work with the team to achieve production, delivery, and quality targets
- Perform routine equipment set-ups, calibrations, and qualifications
- Monitor equipment performance and process consistency
- Manage time and resources effectively to meet production goals
- Support teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environment
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost
- Assist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation
- Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives
