Chief of Staff - Finance Technology

Global Finance Technology is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its Chief of Staff & Strategy organization.

The Chief of Staff & Strategy team oversees the business operations and strategic programs that enable Global Finance Technology to deliver world-class products. In this role, you will partner with leaders, product owners, and technologists around the world to develop and execute high-impact strategic initiatives. Key areas of focus include executive communications, data-driven organizational decisions, process and tooling improvements, senior-level governance, and initiatives that foster an inclusive culture.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and bring technology experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and present effectively with senior leaders. The role also requires the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of seniority, lines of business, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Chief of Staff for the Management Tools Product Line, overseeing day-to-day operations, advancing effective operating strategies, and optimizing team processes in close partnership with organizational leaders.

- Support leadership in setting priorities, coordinating key deliverables, and driving timely follow-through on strategic and operational commitments.

- Develop an enterprise-wide perspective on technology capabilities and business processes to identify dependencies, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Apply critical thinking, creativity, communication, and project management expertise to drive meaningful change across the organization.

- Develop and present data-driven insights, recommendations, and supporting materials to inform executive and stakeholder decisions.

- Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that improve programs, streamline processes, and increase organizational effectiveness.

- Lead high-priority global initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.

- Program-manage critical strategic initiatives identified by the Global Finance Technology leadership team, from planning through execution.

- Champion globally inclusive cultural initiatives that promote manager excellence, belonging, and equitable opportunities across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a technical background is preferred.

- Experience in program management, project management, technology management, consulting, operations, or a combination of these disciplines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders.

- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex or ambiguous information into clear, compelling content and actionable plans.

- Strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify trends and patterns, conduct root-cause analysis, and apply the appropriate tools to resolve underlying issues.

- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and productive partnerships across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to influence, organize, and mobilize colleagues across varying levels of seniority, teams, and functions.
