JOB SUMMARY

Join a team that delivers technology programs that support key business priorities and operational goals. In this role, you will help manage a portfolio of technology initiatives from planning through execution, working closely with business and technology teams to deliver measurable results. You will play an important role in improving delivery transparency, managing risks, and ensuring solutions meet business needs in a regulated financial services environment.
## PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and coordinate technology programs to deliver agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.

- Partner with business and technology leaders to align program priorities with strategic goals and operational requirements.

- Track program performance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and key milestones, and address issues that may affect delivery.

- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and support long-term operational sustainability.

- Prepare and maintain program governance materials, status reports, and executive-level updates.

- Facilitate communication across project teams, business groups, and technology partners to improve visibility and decision-making.

- Promote consistent delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvements in program management processes.

- Support enterprise-wide initiatives by coordinating activities across teams, regions, and business functions.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of experience managing technology programs, project portfolios, or PMO functions.

- Experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives within financial services, banking, or another regulated industry.

- Working knowledge of Capital Markets products, including interest rate swaps (IRS), derivatives, or futures, and an understanding of related credit risk concepts.

- Strong project and program management skills, including planning, budgeting, scope management, risk management, and governance.

- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams and communicating effectively with senior leaders.

- Experience building or supporting PMO processes, delivery frameworks, and operational reporting.

- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

- Understanding of technology delivery lifecycles and change management practices.

NICE TO HAVE

- Knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk Management.

- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence programs.

- Familiarity with enterprise technology governance and portfolio management practices.
