We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Chile , Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors.

What You'll Do

- Own Chile’s Public Sector revenue target, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through procurement, tenders, contracting, and close.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across public hospitals, health services, and government healthcare institutions.
- Develop and execute the Public Sector commercial strategy, identifying priority accounts and new revenue opportunities.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting, tender tracking, and deal management.
- Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, legal, implementation, and customer experience teams to ensure successful deals and deployments.
- Navigate public procurement processes and translate market insights, tender requirements, and competitive dynamics into commercial opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand Telepatia’s presence across Chile’s public healthcare ecosystem.

What You Have
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales , Sales Strategy, Commercial Operations, BizOps, Consulting, or similar roles supporting revenue or sales organization
- Hunter profile — highly proactive in outbound prospecting, relentless in follow-up, and driven by closing deals and delivering results.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and comfort owning a number end-to-end.
- Experience in sales enablement or revenue operations — able to build and run onboarding programs, define playbooks, and set up the team for repeatable success.
- Fluent Spanish; English proficiency required for internal collaboration with global teams.
- Deep familiarity with Chile's healthcare ecosystem its — clinics, and hospital networks — is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present confidently to clinical directors, CEOs, and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments — comfortable navigating pre-sales, implementation, customer experience, and marketing teams to move deals forward.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to make decisions with imperfect data and adjust quickly based on real market feedback.
