Job Description & Summary
The Opportunity
As a Senior Engineering Manager, Google Cloud AI/ML you will lead engineering efforts that design, build, and scale AI and machine learning solutions on Google Cloud, focusing on delivery for data and analytics engineering within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will guide complex workstreams, apply sound judgment across changing priorities, and develop teams that translate technical strategy into practical outcomes. In this role at PwC, you will collaborate across cloud engineering, data, and AI disciplines to shape solution architecture, support delivery execution, and contribute to the advancement of GCP Native Development & Testing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Leading Google Cloud AI and machine learning engineering workstreams from concept through deployment
- Guiding technical teams in designing generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Driving architecture decisions for AI applications built on Google Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases
- Managing client conversations to align technical direction, delivery priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Directing experimentation, model evaluation, and guardrail design to support reliable AI behavior
- Shaping LLMOps practices for versioning, monitoring, release coordination, and lifecycle management
- Applying Python, data science, and machine learning methods to prototype and refine AI-driven products
- Translating complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for business and technology leaders
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Building LLMOps, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
