Required Qualifications

•Strong customer service and communication skills.
•Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff, donors, and guests.
•Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
•Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
## Position Summary

The UNF Athletics Game Day Table Crew provides customer service and game-day support at athletic events. Crew members assist with general fan engagement, announcing, and game operations to help ensure a positive experience for student-athletes, fans, alumni, sponsors, and guests.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in sports administration, event management, customer service, and athletics operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from event attendees.
- Help with setup and breakdown of game-day tables, signage, and materials.
- Distribute promotional items, programs, giveaways, and event information.
- Report issues, concerns, or customer service needs to supervisors promptly.
- Perform other game-day operational duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

- Hours are based on UNF Athletics event schedules.
- Evening, weekend, holiday, and occasional daytime availability is needed.
- Typical shifts range from 3 to 6 hours depending on the event.
