Hiring Range:
$119,912.00 - $152,131.20
(based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).

Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Milford, MA. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide comprehensive outpatient women’s health and obstetric care, including preventive, prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic services.

- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common obstetric and gynecologic conditions, performing appropriate screenings, counseling, and office procedures within scope of practice.

- Order and interpret diagnostic testing, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes.

- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care through education, clinical collaboration, timely care coordination, and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications:

- A Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

- Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable)

- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
