Sachse 19404 in need of PRN PT who can serve all possible open hours for full time therapist coverage. Looking for a candidate skilled in orthopedics and sports population. Some vestibular possible. Monday and Wednesday open 7-5, Tuesday-Thursday 9-7 and Friday 8-12. More hours available based on volume.

Responsibilities

- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment

- Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day

- Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge

- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports

- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately

- Promoting continuous quality improvement

- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
