What You'll Do

- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions

- Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary

- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful client outcomes

- Advocate for individuals and families throughout their treatment journey

We offer specialized teams based on your experience and clinical interests:

Adult Counseling | Jet Wing

- Provide ongoing therapy for adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders

- Deliver evidence-based treatment across individual, couples, and group therapy

- Substance use programming includes:

IOP (Intensive Outpatient)

- Relapse prevention

- DUI-specific programming

- Justice-involved curricula

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) | Jet Wing

- Intensive, community-based care for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)

- Work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team model

- Deliver care primarily in home and community settings with a strong focus on engagement

Youth & Family Counseling | Parkside

- Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families

- Strong collaboration with schools and community partners

- Modalities include:

Individual, family, and play therapy

- Skills groups

Qualifications

- Active Colorado LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LAC license in good standing

- Experience providing therapy, assessments, and/or crisis intervention services

- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Licensed, in good standing, in the State of Colorado in a counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC)

- Must have sufficient language skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing to accurately and professionally implement and document the services provided to clients.

- Must possess basic computer skills and type 25+ w.p.m. for the input and output of client information, using electronic health record.

- Must be able to perform and understand active listening, ethical conduct, social perception, service orientation, complex problem solving, writing, monitoring, judgment and decision-making skills

- Experience working therapeutically with specified population. Experience using various treatment modalities appropriate for specified population, utilizing strength-based therapeutic approaches.

- Experience working in a team environment.

Mobility Clause:

This position requires flexibility to work at various Diversus Health locations based on operational and business needs. While a primary work site will be designated, employees may be reassigned temporarily or permanently to alternate sites to ensure adequate coverage, respond to facility needs, or support organizational initiatives.
