Our Global Finance organization provides financial analytics and insights to our business leaders. The Corporate Finance organization reports on the performance of the business and provides analysis to various stakeholders to guide key decisions. Our team provides our leaders with key drivers and considerations, as they execute their strategy and the daily operations. As a Senior Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of both recurring and ad-hoc management reporting and analysis. You will work in collaboration with the broader finance organization (Corporate Finance, Accounting, Tax, etc.) to ensure our data and reporting provide an accurate and insightful view of the business. You will also partner with internal stakeholders, prepare and analyze financial information (including budgets, forecasts, and other management reporting), and present findings to senior leaders to drive strategy and make better decisions. We’ll trust you with: • Prepare financial analysis and reporting for both recurring and ad-hoc management reporting, providing key stakeholders with insights into the performance of the business. • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reports. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles for Enterprise Products. • Analyze financial results, business drivers, and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to influence project outcomes and resolve issues. • Partner with Corporate Finance and Accounting during month-end close and annual budgeting to align actual results, accruals, and forecasts, while coordinating supporting requests through a centralized process. • Partner with cross-functional business leaders (Product, Sales, Engineering, etc) to manage business relationships and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations. • Evaluate special projects and business initiatives, including scenario analysis and assessment of financial impact. • Gain a deep understanding of our workflows; drive process improvement to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible, including the successful use of technology You’ll need to have: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 8-12+ years of experience in general finance, working across core financial activities (budgeting, management reporting, decision support, etc.) • 2–4 years of experience partnering with business leaders and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization. • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into practical and actionable insights. • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial systems; experience building dashboards or using data visualization tools is a plus. • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and judgment, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and ad hoc priorities. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build productive relationships across Finance, Accounting, and business teams. • Experience with financial systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional expertise in Excel and PowerPoint Salary Range = 155,000 - 205,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
