About this role
Preble Street has a 2 nd shift Caseworker position available at Florence House Shelter and Residential Program. Florence House provides services to Housing First Studio apartments and a 40-bed emergency shelter 24/7, 365 days a year. This position will work as a member of a team of caseworkers supporting clients through addressing their barriers to housing.
This position reports directly to Florence House 2 nd Shift Supervisor. The primary role of this position is to build relationships with clients, provide casework services, provide program coverage, maintain client safety, monitor the security of the building, provide crisis intervention, and support, and assist clients in overcoming barriers to stable housing.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm
