Sales Support Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Analyst to support our Sales team. This role is focused on ensuring accurate account setup, data validation, and smooth execution of sales operations.
You will play a key role in maintaining CRM data integrity and supporting processes such as quoting, contracting, licensing, and billing.

Key Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain client, account, and study data in CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
• Validate accounts and ensure accuracy of legal entity names, affiliations, and geographic details
• Perform quality checks to maintain data integrity and prevent downstream errors
• Support Sales teams with opportunity setup, quoting, and order processing
• Identify and resolve duplicate or inconsistent records
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain documentation to support compliance and audit requirements

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• 2 years of experience in sales support, data entry, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Fluency in English (this role is part of a Global Team)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience working with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar)
Preferred:
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research
• Familiarity with academic or healthcare institutions
• Knowledge of data validation and quality control processes
