AAA Parking is seeking friendly, dependable, and service-minded individuals to join our team as a Valet Attendant at our Grand Hyatt Buckhead Hotel. In this role, you will welcome guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, manage keys and claim tickets, and provide attentive service that reflects the standards of AAA Parking and our hospitality partner.
Valet Attendants play an essential role in creating a smooth, welcoming arrival and departure experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting guests, working as part of a fast-paced hospitality team, and handling vehicles with care, urgency, and professionalism.

What Youll Do
Deliver Exceptional Guest Service
- Warmly greet arriving and departing guests, open vehicle doors when appropriate, provide clear instructions for valet service, and offer courteous assistance with luggage or personal belongings within established procedures.
- Help passengers safely enter and exit the golf cart, including individuals who may need additional support.
- Provide clear directions and helpful information about campus locations, event schedules, amenities, and points of interest.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and service-focused attitude during every interaction.
Safely Operate Golf Carts
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas while following posted traffic controls, property procedures, and all applicable safety requirements.
- Navigate pedestrian-heavy and high-traffic areas with attentiveness, patience, and caution.
- Follow all safety guidelines, traffic patterns, campus rules, and instructions from supervisors or event leadership.
- Immediately report vehicle damage, accidents, lost keys, guest concerns, unsafe conditions, or other incidents to management and follow all required documentation procedures.
Support Daily Operations
- Accurately issue and verify claim tickets, secure vehicle keys in the designated key-control system, and release each vehicle only after confirming the correct guest and ticket information.
- Keep carts clean, organized, and ready for service throughout the shift.
- Communicate with supervisors, event coordinators, security, and team members to coordinate transportation needs.
- Assist with minor logistics as needed, including transporting light supplies, signage, or small equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid drivers license, and meet AAA Parkings driving eligibility requirements.
- Previous valet parking, hospitality, customer service, or professional driving experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to safely navigate crowded areas while remaining alert and aware of surroundings.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and wind.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move quickly for extended periods and to assist with luggage or other guest items in accordance with established safety procedures.
Work Environment
- Hospitality-based work environment that may include covered and outdoor drive areas, changing weather conditions, vehicle traffic, noise, and frequent interaction with guests and property staff.
- Fast-paced setting with high pedestrian traffic and frequent guest interaction.
- Extended periods of sitting, driving, and remaining attentive while operating a golf cart.
- Frequent communication with guests, staff, vendors, VIPs, supervisors, and event personnel.
