We are looking for a dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to join our teams in Boulder and Longmont, Colorado, where you can truly focus on what matters most: your patients.
- Salary: $75,000 $95,000 per year.
- Monday - Friday Off Weekends

Key Details & Setting:
- Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
- Caseload: Approximately 15 patients per day.
- Hours: MondayFriday (No weekends!). Clinic hours are flexible between 7 AM and 6 PM.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience preferred, particularly in outpatient ortho.
- New graduates with a strong background in athletic training or massage therapy will be considered.
- A self-driven, collaborative, and patient-first mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000 $95,000 per year.
- Benefits: Health insurance (50% employer paid), 401(k) with 3% match after 1 year, separate paid sick and vacation time, and CEU/tuition benefits.
