Do you thrive when situations change quickly, multiple screens need your attention, and teams depend on your next move? Bring your operations experience to the control center supporting an autonomous vehicle fleet!

We’re seeking tech-savvy, detail-oriented professionals to help our client keep robotaxi trips running safely and smoothly. Think of it as air traffic control for robotaxis —monitoring live operations, coordinating assistance, and responding calmly when the unexpected happens.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor autonomous vehicles and service operations in real time.
- Complete pre-shift checks and troubleshoot basic vehicle issues.
- Create, document, and escalate tickets to the appropriate teams.
- Dispatch Fleet Response crews when vehicles need assistance.
- Monitor road conditions and events that could affect service.
- Place temporary service-area restrictions when needed.
- Communicate clearly across teams to resolve incidents and keep operations moving.

Bring Your Experience From:

- Dispatch, logistics, or transportation: Coordinating resources and keeping operations on track.
- Fleet operations or autonomous vehicles: Monitoring vehicle readiness and responding to service issues.
- Customer support or service operations: Managing urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Emergency response, security, or incident management: Assessing situations, escalating concerns, and staying calm under pressure.
- Operations or command centers: Monitoring multiple systems and acting on real-time information.

You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You:

- Navigate multiple computer systems confidently.
- Notice details and prioritize competing needs.
- Communicate clearly and provide accurate updates.
- Use sound judgment when problems arise.
- Stay focused, resourceful, and composed in a busy environment.
- Can work on-site in Las Vegas and meet the applicable training and regular schedule.

Training Schedule — First 4–6 Weeks

Monday–Friday:

- AM: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
- PM: 5:30 PM–2:00 AM

Regular Schedule — After Training
