Squishable is a close-knit team of designers, artists, pop-culture fanatics, and lovers of all things adorable. Together we create the cutest, cuddliest (and sometimes downright unusual) plush and lifestyle products in the world. Squishable is bringing a playful new Plush Parlor pop-up experience to Mall of America this holiday season, and we’re looking for an energetic, organized leader to help bring it to life.
As our Seasonal Experience Manager , you’ll lead the team of performers who make the experience happen each day. You’ll be part manager, part director, and part guest-experience expert—keeping the team organized, the experience consistent, and the energy high throughout the holiday season.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the pop-up experience, ensuring characters, storytelling, guest interactions, and overall presentation stay consistent and on-brand
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a seasonal team of Experience Performers, including leading pre-shift huddles and providing real-time feedback
- Manage daily assignments, performer rotations, breaks, attendance, call-outs, and coverage
- Monitor guest flow and the overall experience, adjusting performers and activities as needed during busy periods
- Handle guest and employee concerns with good judgment, partner with Squishable leadership or HR when additional support is needed, and coordinate with the Mall of America store team to ensure a seamless overall guest experience
- Oversee opening and closing responsibilities and help maintain costumes, props, materials, and the presentation of the experience
- Jump into the experience when needed to support performers, engage guests, or keep things running smoothly
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience supervising, coaching, directing, or leading a team
- Strong communication, organization, and people-management skills
- Confidence giving feedback and coaching a team in real time
- A positive, outgoing personality and strong guest-service instincts
- Ability to stay organized and make good decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates
Experience in theater, acting, improv, live entertainment, immersive experiences, events, hospitality, or retail leadership is a plus.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00/hour
