General Summary:

Contribute and actively participate in developing, defining and executing a comprehensive long-term Strategic plan & Incubation of new business/product areas for XWP, with an emphasis on:

- Conduct business case development and scenario planning for multiple projects;
- Develop a portfolio of projects and initiatives across the team and monitor/track/accelerate the development;
- Conduct SWOT analysis on specific business initiatives including economic, regulatory, market customers and competition, benchmarked with internal competitiveness and capability;
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the market for new growth, and develop key strategic and execution initiatives;
- Research new business opportunities in the market as well as customer research, current client problems, or issues and specific market trends;
- Engage with the both internal and external stakeholders as well as the top management team on promotion, working on design wins, and getting external requirements fed back into the internal product and engineering teams
- Actively drive OEM and partner engagements working with regional sales, marketing, BD, finance, legal, product, and engineering

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering is a plus

• Masters degree (MBA or M.S in Engineering) is preferred

• 3+ years of experience working in product or business development with exposure to XR, Smart Glasses, and/or Personal AI

• Demonstrated strategic thinking based on good understanding and connections within XR, Smart Glasse, and/or Personal AI ecosystems;

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with executive presentations

• Self-driven and motivated, strong persuasive skills.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits :
$198,200.00 - $297,400.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
