The Opportunity

As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations for FICO's Menlo Park, California office, ensuring a well-run, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. In addition to owning facilities coordination, new-hire set-up, and event logistics, this person will provide general administrative support to Menlo Park-based senior leaders as capacity allows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on office coordination with ad hoc administrative requests in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Contribute

- Orders, stocks, and manages inventory of office supplies and equipment, proactively identifying needs to keep the Menlo Park office fully equipped and running smoothly.
- Coordinates local new-hire set-up end-to-end, including ID badge issuance, work location and desk assignment, and ensuring a smooth first day on-site.
- Prepares amenities and logistics for group meetings and events, including catering coordination, room set-up, and post-meeting clean-up.
- In coordination with our larger facilities management team, serves as the primary point of contact with building management on facilities-related needs.
- Provides general administrative support to Menlo Park-based senior leaders as capacity allows.
- Acts as the go-to resource for day-to-day office operations questions from Menlo Park employees, fielding requests and escalating facilities or building-management issues as needed.

What We're Seeking

- Demonstrated experience coordinating office operations and administrative support in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and building management staff.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach, with the flexibility to shift between office-coordination duties and general administrative support tasks as priorities require.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through when coordinating logistics across multiple stakeholders, including facilities, catering, and HR/IT for new hires.
- Discretion and sound judgment when supporting senior leaders, including comfort navigating a mixed role that spans facilities coordination and executive-adjacent support.

- The targeted base pay range for this role is: $80,500 to $126,500 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
