Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 hrs (D.O.E.)
Schedule: 1st Shift (Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Overtime: Occasional overtime as business warrants

PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a premier local manufacturing and distribution client experiencing strong growth. We are looking for dependable, hardworking Sit-Down Forklift Operators with a strong work ethic and a "can-and-will-do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Forklift Operations: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to accurately pick products, stage orders, and load/unload shipment trucks.
Shipping & Processing: Process outbound orders using standard shipping systems (UPS and FedEx).
Cross-Functional Duties: Train on and operate other machinery as needed, assisting with general warehouse tasks to keep production moving smoothly.
Safety & Standards: Maintain clean and safe work areas, strictly adhering to company and industrial safety guidelines.
Independent Execution: Rely on sound judgment and experience to accomplish daily goals under general supervisor guidance.
Qualifications & Job Requirements
Forklift Experience: Recent sit-down forklift experience with a proven track record of safe operation at a prior employer.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to manually lift, move, and position products weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Background & Verification: Must be at least 18 years of age, eligible to work in the U.S., and willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Work History: Must provide proof of recent, relevant work history, including at least 3 professional business references with contact information.
Transportation: Must have consistent, reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
