Partner with the best As an ARMO Master Mechanic, you will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance, repair, assembly, and operational readiness of oilfield equipment. You will leverage your mechanical expertise to perform complex maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure all work is performed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. In this role, you will work closely with operational and maintenance teams while contributing to continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and safe operational execution.
As an ARMO Master Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

- Performing maintenance, repair, assembly, and disassembly activities on oilfield equipment.
- Utilizing common and specialty tooling, including testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Inspecting equipment to ensure compliance with operational and quality requirements.
- Reading and interpreting maintenance procedures, engineering drawings, technical manuals, and parts lists.
- Following formal maintenance procedures and operational practices.
- Supporting equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
- Utilizing measurement and gauging equipment to verify equipment integrity and performance.
- Performing basic mathematical calculations required for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating effectively with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
- Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes quality, safety, and operational standards.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in a Mechanical discipline.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Possess experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Airline, Military, Automotive, or similar industrial environments.
- Demonstrate excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Be proficient in the use of common and specialty maintenance tools.
- Have the ability to read and interpret technical maintenance documentation and engineering drawings.
- Possess experience using measurement and gauging equipment.
- Demonstrate good computer skills.
- Have the ability to follow formal procedures and maintenance processes.
- Be capable of performing calculations required for maintenance and operational activities.
