CooperSurgical is a globally provider of more than 600 products, each with a focus on improving the health of women, babies and families additionally is a Premier Provider of Medical Devices, Fertility and Genomics Solutions.
This position is responsible to coordinate all manufacturing activities within production and ensure that quality and safety are practiced during the manufacturing operation. Owner of payroll process and employee development for team and Member of production transfer and validation project team.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Detail oriented and well-organized self-starter with good analytical skills.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including computer literacy using spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Passing of background check, which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.
- Ability to travel to the United States for training and development in current operations.
Experience:
- At least two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in delivering training with good presentation skills.
- Experience and training in Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
