Overview:

INTECON is hiring a GRC and Dashboard Specialist to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) G8 Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) Program on site at Arlington Hall Station in Arlington, Virginia. The ARNG G8 is the Chief Financial Officer directorate of the Army National Guard.

This position is the technical owner of the program's automation and reporting layer. The work has two halves. One is configuring the Army's Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (eGRC) environment so that risk assessments, internal control testing, monitoring, and reporting run through a defined workflow, and administering user access and the Standard Operating Procedures behind it. The other is analytics: collecting, analyzing, and visualizing financial and audit metrics from multiple sources and maintaining the executive dashboards ARNG leadership uses to see trends, anomalies, and Key Performance Indicators. It suits a candidate who has configured a GRC platform in a Government environment and can build reporting that a senior leader will actually use.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop an automation process schedule for RMIC processes, adaptable to the Army's Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (eGRC) platform.
- Configure the workflow program for risk assessments, internal control testing, monitoring, and reporting to support ARNG leadership decision making.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for the automated RMIC environment and maintain access levels for users.
- Conduct annual training on the configured eGRC environment for program stakeholders.
- Perform data analytics by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing financial and audit metrics from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and Key Performance Indicators.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards for ARNG leadership.
- Ensure all data handling and deliverables adhere to Department of War data governance standards.
- Provide monthly progress updates on automation and dashboard development to the COR through the Monthly Status Report.
- Support the configuration and operation of Government-furnished automation environments, including automated monitoring, dashboard, and workflow tools.

Clearance Requirements:

- Active Secret security clearance is required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
- Eight or more years configuring enterprise governance, risk, and compliance platforms and developing executive-level analytics and dashboards.
- Experience configuring workflow for risk assessment, control testing, monitoring, and reporting, and administering user access levels.
- Demonstrated ability to configure and operate Government-furnished automation environments and to work with automated monitoring, dashboards, and workflow tools.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with DoD data governance standards.
- Ability to perform on site at Arlington Hall Station, Arlington, Virginia, during the hours of 0800 to 1700 EST, Monday through Friday.
- Preferred Qualification: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent certification.
