$20.00 – $23.50 per hour | Full-Time & Part-Time

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Care Staff member on our AM shift , you'll help residents start their day with compassionate, person-centered care. Responsibilities include:

- Providing hands-on assistance with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility, and personal care.

- Administering medications and completing required documentation, as applicable.

- Following individualized resident service plans and accurately documenting care in the electronic medical record.

- Monitoring residents, recognizing changes in condition, and promptly communicating concerns to the Clinical Care Team.

- Responding to resident call systems and emergency situations.

- Helping create a clean, safe, comfortable, and homelike environment.

- Supporting activities, meals, and other community events.

-Working as a team to provide exceptional service and a positive experience for residents, families, and guests.

- Completing shift-to-shift communication and following Cambridge policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Required:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Reliable, responsible, and professional

- A genuine desire to care for and support older adults

Preferred, but not required:

- CNA certification

- Previous caregiving, assisted living, or nursing facility experience

- CBRF Registry

- CPR/AED certification

- Alzheimer's/Dementia care experience
