The Team:

The Customs Compliance team supports the compliant and efficient movement of goods across international borders while protecting Mattel from regulatory, financial, and operational risk. As part of Mattel's Global Supply Chain organization, the team oversees U.S. customs entry activities, tariff classification, Partner Government Agency (PGA) requirements, import documentation, customs controls, and other regulatory obligations to ensure compliance with applicable customs laws and trade regulations.
