We’re building a kitchen team to bring this new concept to life - a vibrant rooftop destination combining elevated pub food, cocktails, music and the best of St Kilda’s atmosphere.

Think modern pub favourites, dishes made to share and a menu designed for everything from relaxed afternoons to buzzing late-night sessions.

About the Rooftop

The new rooftop will have a modern, funky fit-out with plenty of personality - relaxed enough for a casual afternoon, but elevated enough for a night out.

The offering will include:

- Elevated pub fare and dishes made to share
- A full dining menu catering to groups and casual diners
- Corporate events, functions and social celebrations
- Relaxed afternoon sessions that build into lively evenings
- Jazz, vinyl and DJs throughout the week
- A high-energy rooftop atmosphere overlooking St Kilda

We’re looking for Chefs who:

- Love working in busy, high-energy kitchens
- Have experience across pubs, restaurants, rooftops or high-volume venues
- Take pride in quality, consistency and presentation
- Can work confidently across a varied menu
- Bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
- Want to be part of a new venue concept from the ground up

Whether you're an experienced Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Pizza Chef, Demi Chef, Commis Chef or Kitchen Porter, there are opportunities to join the team and grow with the venue.
