Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (more than 3 years)
- Completed studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in computer hardware, software, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
- Equipped with knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, system maintenance, and IT support practices relevant to field service operations.
