Program Manager / Federal Legal Operations Lead

Axyde Analytics, LLC is building a qualified candidate pool for potential work supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Comprehensive Legal Assistance & Integrated Management (VA CLAIM) requirement, RFI 36C10X26Q0244. This is advance recruiting at the market-research stage. No contract award, funded vacancy, start date, minimum hours or employment offer is guaranteed.
Location: Nationwide US coverage; remote, contractor-site or VA-site work will depend on each future assignment. Midlothian, Virginia is Axydes recruiting base, not a promised duty station. Please state your geographic coverage and travel availability.
Potential responsibilities
- Coordinate intake, staffing, schedules, quality review and delivery across legal support, ADR and court-service assignments.
- Maintain assignment coverage, credential checks, conflict review and escalation procedures; coordinate surge requests with 24–48 hours notice.
- Track case milestones, records handling, deliverables and service performance with counsel and specialist providers.
What we are seeking
- Demonstrated management of federal legal, litigation-support or comparable regulated professional-services operations.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, service providers, deadlines and quality controls.
- Practical understanding of sensitive legal records, confidentiality and attorney supervision. VA or other federal agency experience is preferred.
