Responsibilities:

- Executes tasks related to general upkeep and maintenance of a single Sender One facility at the direction of the Facilities Supervisor;

- Maintain all current policies and procedures concerned with customer facing cleanliness and sanitation including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE);

- Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose - discover ourselves and connect with others through climbing;

- Exemplifies Sender One's core values;

Industry Experience:

- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment necessary to maintaining the facility including hand & power tools;

- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, comfortable working at heights above 10 feet, have visual acuity in order to operate machinery, work in a variety of physical conditions, and follow all required safety procedures

- Knowledge of the climbing gym industry

- Highly organized and comfortable recording and tracking information and data.

Time Commitment:

- Must be fully available to work at 11 - 16 hours per work week;

- Must be able to work mornings;

- Check-in with Facility Supervisor once per week

- Possibility for facility emergencies that will need immediate attention

- Must be able to attend the Mandatory All Staff Quarterly meetings.
