You will be responsible for effectively managing a defined territory, meeting sales targets, effectively engage customers, having business ownership mindset and effectively implementing brand strategies. In addition, approximately 40% of time is dedicated to area-level marketing program planning and execution for Ebglyss brand growth. Reporting to the District Sales Manager in the Immunology sales organization and closely working with marketing team.

Territory Sales Performance & Account Ownership (Primary, approximately 60% of time)

Ÿ   Promote Lilly’s product in a professional and proficient manner

Ÿ   Ability to drive sales growth and meet desirable target in territory

Ÿ   Develop and execute territory business plans

Ÿ   Conduct analyses on product and market trends, and adjust call plan and account priorities accordingly

Ÿ   Strong customer centric mindset and deliver results

Ÿ   Develop & execute territory business plans and manage account-level opportunity identification and development initiatives

Ÿ   Participate in district meetings, cycle planning and field coaching as a member of the sales team, under the direction of DSM

Ÿ   Collaborate with peers and stakeholders as a team player

Ÿ   Maintain compliance with current guidelines

Area Marketing Program Planning & Execution (approximately 40% of time)

Ÿ   Translate the national brand strategy into an area business plan that reflects regional customer, competitor and access dynamics, and implement it with execution excellence

Ÿ   Support the design and local delivery of region-level tactics, programs and activities, including execution of new indication and reimbursement expands

Ÿ   Periodically meet with key opinion leaders in the assigned area and support local advisory boards

Note: This position is open to both internal and external applicants. External applicants will be considered for a regular full-time role, while internal applicants will be considered for a one-year STA assignment.
