How You’ll Shine

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of our Food & Beverage service while ensuring our owners and guests receive an exceptional experience.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and wider team, you will supervise Food & Beverage Attendants and Kitchen Hands, coordinate daily service requirements, maintain stock and operational standards, and support the team to deliver efficient, professional and memorable service.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing effective, efficient and professional Food & Beverage service
- Supervising and supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
- Coordinating food and beverage preparation and service requirements
- Maintaining stock levels, including ordering, stock rotation and reporting discrepancies
- Ensuring required food preparation and service items are available each day
- Ensuring equipment is appropriately maintained and stored, with any faults reported
- Maintaining high Food Safety standards, including correct food temperatures, preparation and labelling requirements
- Regularly reviewing operating practices to support efficiency
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and responding appropriately to guest needs
- Escalating operational issues, guest concerns or complaints to management as required
- Supporting clear and effective communication across the Food & Beverage team

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage supervisory position
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to lead and support a busy operational team
- Knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety practices
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional approach and high presentation standards
- The ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, public holidays and school holidays
- A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the team wherever required
