Job Purpose: To lead and manage condition monitoring practices, oil analysis, rotor balancing, and shaft alignment for rotating equipment across the refinery complex—including PP, CPP, and Marine units. The role ensures equipment reliability, supports turnaround and project requirements, and drives continuous improvement through advanced diagnostics, RCA, and technology upgrades.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications
- BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Certified Machine Diagnostic Specialist (Online Vibration Analysis)
- Vibration Analyst Level II
Total Years of Experience
- 15+ years total experience, with 10–12 years in condition monitoring and rotary equipment
- Hands-on experience in refinery, petrochemical, or power plant environments
