Internship – BE DEV Project Office (Digitalization & Low-Code Automation)

As part of the BE DEV Project Office, you will support the digitalization and automation of workflows under the guidance of an assigned mentor. You will help develop and test a solution with colleagues across regions (including User Acceptance Testing), and create usage instructions and documentation to support adoption.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- LowCode Solution Development: Develop a Lowcode solution with OutSystems.
- Use Case Definition: Understand the current manual process flow and define the use-case requirements.
- Solution Customisation: Customise the solution based on the defined requirements.
- Solution Documentation: Document the solution to support maintenance, adoption, and future enhancements. Internship Learning Outcomes:
- Process Automation Understanding: Understand how process automation with LowCode solutions can improve work efficiency.
- OutSystems Development Skills: Develop the ability to build solutions using OutSystems from requirements to implementation.
- Documentation Competence: Understand the needs and best practices of documenting LowCode solutions for future maintenance and knowledge transfer.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gain experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused automation solutions.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Data Science.
- LowCode Knowledge: Knowledge of LowCode software (e.g., OutSystems).
- Digitalization Interest: Strong interest in digitalization and automation.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Work Style: Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Intake: Able to commit for more than 5 months from Jan 2027.
