Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Director, Software Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern cloud-native enterprise applications. This leadership role combines technical strategy, solution architecture, people management, software delivery, and engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET, React, Python, PostgreSQL, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD , along with strong experience in software architecture, project management, and team leadership. Experience with Agentic AI, MCP Servers, and AI-enabled application development is highly desirable.

•                     Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

Education

•                     Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

•                     Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

•                     10+ years of software development experience.

•                     5+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.

•                     Proven experience leading enterprise-scale software development programs.

•                     Experience working with globally distributed teams.
