Position Summary:

Ensure timely, accurate and compliant delivery of HR services in the center by coordinating people, systems and vendors, resolving service issues, and continuously improving operational processes to provide a consistent employee experience.

- Administer end-to-end HR service processes.
- Process and maintain accurate case and transaction data in HR systems (e.g., Workday); ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate service delivery across internal teams and external vendors.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries; provide clear guidance, reference materials, and FAQs.
- Prepare and distribute program communications, user guides, reports and status updates.
- Monitor workflows, SLAs and operational KPIs; identify, track and escalate issues or processing errors.
- Support governance, calibration and operational review activities by compiling data and preparing reports.
- Maintain operational documentation, exception logs and audit-ready records in line with governance standards.
- Manage vendor interactions: scheduling, data exchange, SLA tracking and issue resolution.
- Support testing and validation of system/configuration updates related to service modules.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and scalability.

Experience : Associate: Prior experience not required

Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
