Job Description

About the Team & Role

Join a unique "startup within a corporate" environment, where you will build an entire product category from scratch within the ServiceNow and Armis ecosystem. This role offers the best of both worlds: the agility, rapid execution, and massive impact of a startup, fully backed by the robust Go-To-Market (GTM) engine of a highly established company. Operating in the deep security and vulnerability detection space, you will be at the forefront of modern technologies, embedding AI into cutting-edge products. Starting with our core vulnerability detection product, you will help us crack entirely new domains and scale our portfolio as we launch new products to the market.

Job Description What you get to do in this role:

- Lead the zero-to-one product strategy and execution for a new deep security product category, setting us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue.
- Collaborate closely with security researchers, cyber experts, and multiple engineering teams to define and solve complex security challenges, bringing high-quality products to life rapidly.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries.
- Communicate product priorities, build consensus, and drive fast-paced progress.
- Integrate usability studies, cyber research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and security posture.
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.
- Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

- 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in the cybersecurity domain (e.g., deep security, vulnerability detection, and response).
- Proven ability to work effectively with security researchers and understand complex cyber threats. (Background as an ex-cyber security researcher is a strong bonus).
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a scalable product roadmap.
- Experience driving solution development through big-picture thinking, specifically when building new products from the ground up.
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-cבentric solutions.
- Ability to serve as a team lead, and coach employees at lower levels.
