What Awaits You

Depending on your interests, qualifications and hotel availability, internship opportunities may be available in:

As an intern, you won't just observe. You will actively support our teams, learn from experienced hospitality professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.

What We Are Looking For

- You are at least 17 years old at the start of your internship.
- You are currently enrolled in a school, college or university.
- You are looking for a mandatory or voluntary internship.
- You are passionate about hospitality, tourism and working with people.
- You are motivated, curious and eager to learn.
- You enjoy working in an international team.
- You have a friendly, positive and service-oriented attitude.
- You have very good English language skills.
- Additional Croatian, German or Italian language skills are considered an advantage.
- You meet the legal requirements to complete an internship in Croatia.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in transparent and fair internship conditions.

As part of your internship, you will receive:

💰 Monthly compensation of EUR 500

🏠 Free staff accommodation

🍽️ Three warm meals per day

🏖️ 2 days of annual leave per completed month of internship

In addition, you will gain valuable practical experience in one of Croatia's leading hospitality destinations while becoming part of an international team.
