SAP Payroll & Hr Expert

As an SAP Payroll Expert at SD Worx, you will be the go-to specialist for payroll delivery, compliance, and client advisory within your country. You will own the country payroll template, provide strategic payroll expertise, and help shape our payroll solutions and service roadmap. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will ensure high-quality, compliant payroll services while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end payroll delivery using SAP SuccessFactors
- Act as the local expert on payroll legislation, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with client agreements and SLAs.
- Serve as the primary contact for complex payroll queries and key client stakeholders.
- Lead payroll implementations, testing activities, and system enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the country payroll roadmap.
- Support, coach, and train payroll team members and promote best practices.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of payroll experience, ideally within a payroll outsourcing or shared services environment.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (EC, ECP, PCC).
- Deep knowledge of local payroll legislation, tax regulations, and payroll operations.
- Experience with expatriate and international payroll processes is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and the local country language.

Nice to Have

- Payroll certification (CPP, PCP, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Time Tracking, Workforce Management, or Compensation.
- Experience with HRIS, finance, benefits, time, or travel integrations.
