PRADA Sap Finance Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

As part of the Group Information Technology Department, the new resource will join the team dedicated to the Finance application landscape, built on S/4HANA and focused on the FI and CO modules.

He/She will be the reference point for the Finance business functions on the applications in scope, taking care of the application maintenance and operations activities (corrective and small enhancements) and contributing to the IT Finance projects currently ongoing, within an international environment and a continuously evolving system landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, analyse, test and support the solutions for complex SAP business processes, both in day-by-day activities and within the ongoing projects.

- Develop and maintain the corporate SAP accounting flows, ensuring their reliability and their alignment with the business needs.

- Monitor the inbound and outbound interfaces with SAP, managing the anomalies detected together with the teams and the partners involved.

- Gather the requirements coming from the Finance functions and translate them into functional specifications and application solutions.

- Follow regular periodic sessions with internal clients and stakeholders, acting as a link between business and IT.

- Work with the other team members and with the international IT community to facilitate the day-by-day activities.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science / engineering / economics.

Ideally 2-4 years of experience within a WW IT as Analyst / Specialist in an IT internal department or in a consultancy company.

Solid technical background in SAP FI/CO customizing; ABAP debug capabilities could be a plus.

Analytical skills (such as Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Proactivity) are mandatory, together with focus on results and ability to complete tasks on time under pressure.

Good relational skills and high capacity to adapt quickly to different situations and interlocutors, in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures.

Good level of English (spoken and written).
