Your future team:
We are Digital Realtions, and we have the responsibility to secure a continuous development, overview and execution of our Investment and Project Portfolio. We support Digital and Business Leadership in decision making as well as relevant stakeholders and project managers.
What you will be doing:
You can expect to work 15-20 hours per week.
In this role you will primarily be supporting our Head of Digital Portfolio Office, but you will also be engaged by our DK based Business Relationship Managers and Project Managers.
The area of responsibility includes (examples):
- Understand and maintain overview of Project Portfolio data
- Setup and refine Reports via Excel and Power BI in co-operation with our Data Portfolio Manager
- Create maintainable Dashboards of portfolios for various stakeholders
- Support maintaining Executive leadership recurring reporting updates
- Support maintaining Governance templates and tools
- Support administration of our internal SharePoint sites
- Additional ad-hoc analysis and tasks related to above, including utilization of AI
You will contribute to the continuing development of our global digital portfolio overview and reporting, and will get the opportunity to have an impact in a dynamic department. You can anticipate a good deal of responsibility in this position.
What you bring:
You are in the middle of your Bachelor or just started your Master’s studies. Your studies will have a financial and or digital angle (e.g. BSc or Cand.Merc or similar).
We expect that you have in dept knowledge with PowerBI and MS Excel on a more advanced level.
Additionally, we make extensive use of different IT systems, among other Microsoft Project Online, so it is expected that you have a natural interest in working with these, and are able to adapt to new IT systems with ease.
Proficient skills in English is required.

- Strong skills and experience in working with Excel and PowerBi, from structuring datasets to clearly illustrating the outcome of your data analysis with graphs, tables, comments, assumptions etc.
- Natural ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders

What we offer:
We will be able to offer you on the job training to help support your studies with relevant experience whilst giving you the independence to work autonomously. And we will open the world for you on Project Portfolio Management.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour
Master students: 175 DKK/hour
Transportation allowance: 1000 DKK/month
