The Role

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will represent GSK across your assigned territory, partnering with healthcare professionals to support patient care and improve health outcomes.

You will build strong customer relationships, share accurate and balanced scientific information, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions to deliver local business objectives while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

What You Will Do

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver clear, compliant and customer-focused scientific and product information.
- Develop and implement territory plans aligned to local healthcare needs and business objectives.
- Organise and facilitate educational meetings, training sessions and local events.
- Analyse customer insights, territory trends and market data to identify opportunities and optimise activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Operations.
- Manage your territory independently, prioritising activities to maximise impact for patients and customers.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, company policies and ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

We encourage applications from individuals who bring a combination of the following:

- Qualification in accordance with §75 AMG (German Medicines Act) or an equivalent scientific, medical or healthcare-related degree.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and manage a geographically defined territory.
- Commitment to integrity, compliance and ethical business practices.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

The following experience is beneficial, but not essential:

- Pharmaceutical, vaccine or medical device sales experience.
- Knowledge of the German healthcare environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems and digital engagement tools.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience interpreting customer, market or sales data.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.

For positions covered by collective bargaining, employment conditions and remuneration are determined by the applicable collective agreements for the chemical industry as well as internal policies. More detailed information on compensation will be provided during the recruitment process. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion).
