The Team You'll Join
Decanter is the world's premier wine media brand, known for authoritative content, inspirational events, and the Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA). Based in our London office on a hybrid basis, our team connects global wine producers, industry experts, and fine wine enthusiasts. We host the world's largest wine competition and deliver premium digital subscriber experiences across international markets. You'll join a collaborative commercial team that builds valuable global partnerships to expand DWWA entries and Decanter Premium subscriptions.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Head of Awards in London, you'll formalise and scale revenue-generating partnerships across our flagship properties, including DWWA and Decanter Premium. You'll establish non-paid service-exchange partnerships with global regional wine bodies to grow DWWA entrant numbers. In this role, you'll also unlock B2B2C distribution channels to accelerate Decanter Premium subscription growth.
On a daily basis, you'll identify prospective partners, build tailored commercial proposals, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms. You'll partner closely with internal Marketing, Logistics, and Subscriptions teams to activate promotional packages across digital, print, and event channels. Additionally, you'll use CRM software, pipeline tracking tools, and analytics to monitor entry volume and partnership performance.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to build positive relationships with senior industry partners.
- Organised approach to pipeline management, contract administration, and performance tracking using CRM systems.
- Knowledge of subscription marketing, cross-promotional retail campaigns, or international trade engagement is a plus.
Minimum Requirements
