We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Enterprise Risk Insight
- Support the Head of ERM in “connecting the dots” across the Risk and Compliance profile for Singapore, specifically in the development and implementation of a connected enterprise view that brings together internal and external signals to highlight concentrations, system exposures and emerging risks, ensuring senior stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters, and what to do next.
Enterprise-Wide Cross-Risk Activities
- Support the Head of ERM in coordinating cross-risk activities for enterprise wide initiatives – bringing a comprehensive view to enable holistic risk management and decision making.
- Ensure the convening of the right experts across risk domains to align on enterprise implications.
- Lead on activities requiring cross-risk and compliance collaboration and input, including engagement with external auditors and regulators, as required.
Cross-Cutting Risk SME Activities
- Act as the Risk SME for Strategic Risk, Climate, Sustainability, Reputational, Geopolitical and Macroeconomic risk.
- Act as the Risk SME for emerging cross-cutting risks including Artificial Intelligence (AI) Risk and Digital Assets and Currencies (DAC) risk.
To be successful you will need:
- Strong expertise in Risk Management Frameworks and Policies, including Climate, AI and DAC Risk, with experience across strategic, sustainability, reputational, macroeconomic and emerging risk areas.
- Sound understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment, with the analytical capability and attention to detail needed for external risk disclosures and auditor or regulator materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise complex information, interpret management information and engage senior executives, non-executive management, Group stakeholders and regulators.
- Strategic thinker with sound judgement, strong relationship-management and influencing skills, able to reinforce risk culture and provide effective guidance across Group teams and sites.
- Outstanding leadership capability in a large matrix organisation, including coordinating 2LOD responses, leading enterprise-wide initiatives, managing ambiguity and influencing stakeholders across all three lines of defence.
- Driven, commercially minded and customer-focused risk professional who listens effectively, challenges constructively, anticipates emerging risks and develops creative, practical and safe solutions in a fast-changing environment.
