Job Description:
The Manager is mainly responsible for leading the Global Learning Administration team in their designated region, composed of Team Leads, Snr Specialists and Administrators on LMS transactions, consultation with training organizations and administrative functions for Cornerstone OnDemand (SUMMIT) in support of the J&J Enterprise. He/she is expected to have advanced knowledge and experience in managing a regional operations team within a Global framework. This role is responsible for driving consistency and compliance in executing LMS transactions including processing times and accuracy across the regions, and monitoring adherence to global processes as well as providing consultative services to a range of enterprise customers both globally and regionally.
- Directly be responsible for the service delivery of enterprise learning administration and helpdesk for learning within scope of regional responsibility by providing quality mentoring and leadership to team leads and learning administrators Leading team operationally through day-to-day activities and customer concerns
- Coaching and guiding regional team leads on standard methodology and learning administration processes
- Develop individual talents by using performance metrics, customer feedback and employee’s development needs
- Engage partners in given region (NA, EMEA, LATAM, ASPAC) including training organizations either, enterprise, regional or local, to ensure happiness of service, acquire feedback on systems, LA process, team performance and improvement opportunities
- Sponsor or lead in project work with training organizations, internal CI activities or cross team projects to deliver optimal project initiatives and outcomes Partner with project collaborators to lead all aspects of project results by either delegating to team members or lead project work where required
- Participate in CI identification and execution within team process or across LA and training teams
- Encourage improvement initiatives from team members
- Partners with other LA leadership team members to identify further improvement opportunities
- Partners with learning product owner teams to implement change in system or process
- Ensure trends in cases are identified immediately and short-term action is taken to avoid further case creation
- Communicates clearly both orally and written across teams and customers to ensure successful explanation and delivery of learning administration at JNJ
- Leads an impactful Credo conscious team by encouraging open and clear dialogue, ensures cross team knowledge sharing and partnership as well as team development and growth.
- Observes utmost integrity and develops and maintains mutually trusted and respected relationships with customers, with manager and co-team leads, with team members and when needed, with vendors, service providers and third parties
