Basic Purpose and Objective of Job

Provide Service to Customer

- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers

- Handle customer feedback, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines.

- Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.

- Answer incoming calls as per operations standard.

Perform Sales and Loan Transactions

- Retail sales of merchandise comprising jewellery, branded timepieces and branded leather goods

- Perform sales and loan transactions

- Handle cash and negotiate items in accordance with the established policies, procedures and practices

- Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise

- Housekeeping of the store

- Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards

- Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.

- Assist in inventory management

Administration

- Assist in stock documentation

- Assist with simple procurement for the store – stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies.

Any other ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned.
