Overview:
Field Service Technician - Printing Systems (M/F) is a field-based role supporting customers across the Drome Department (26) and neighboring departments. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair professional printing systems while helping deliver a high-quality customer experience. This role offers daily customer interaction, autonomy, and hands-on technical work.

What You Will Do:
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair professional printing systems, including copiers and multifunction printers
• Diagnose technical faults and respond effectively to unexpected issues to restore customer service
• Organize daily activities based on customer needs, assigned service calls, and established processes
• Maintain professional customer relationships while contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage intervention-related parts, consumables, and tools, and provide activity reports, customer requests, and improvement suggestions

What You Need to Succeed:
• Technical qualification in electrical engineering, maintenance, IT, or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, maintenance, IT, network environments, and digital equipment
• Technical capability to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Effective interpersonal and professional communication skills with a customer-focused and adaptable approach
• This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
