HSE Manager

Job Description:

- Ensuring full compliance   of company operations with occupational health, safety, and fire safety regulations;
- Developing and improving   the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system;
- Conducting introductory safety inductions   and organizing employee safety training;
- Developing and updating   internal policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation;
- Monitoring the technical condition   of production equipment, buildings, and facilities;
- Organizing workplace risk assessments   and working conditions evaluations;
- Liaising with state regulatory authorities   and facilitating official inspections and audits;
- Participating in incident investigations , analyzing root causes, and implementing preventive measures;
- Overseeing the provision and proper use   of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
- Monitoring and enhancing   the fire protection system;
- Preparing mandatory statutory   and internal safety reports;
- Ensuring compliance   with corporate standards and export control requirements of the international group.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
