For our modern and innovative location in Unterföhring, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) who is ready to take on the challenge of supporting the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director Office of a major corporation and to take on a variety of demanding tasks. In the office of the Managing Director, responsible for the Business Unit Germany, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a wide range of exciting topics. In addition, we offer you the chance to expand your network and gain fascinating insights.

What awaits you as an Intern – Managing Director (m/f/d)

- General office management
- Supporting the members of the Managing Director Office in their projects and tasks
- Assisting in the preparation of management presentations in German and English
- Supporting ad hoc requests and (sub-)projects
- Assisting in the coordination and preparation of reports
- Contributing to AI use cases and testing innovative AI applications in daily work
- Supporting event management

What you bring as an Intern – Managing Director (m/f/d)

- You are in the advanced stage of your Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree in a business or natural sciences program. However, we also welcome students from other fields of study.
- You demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility, conscientiousness, and reliability.
- You impress with confident communication skills and a professional demeanor, as well as a quick grasp of new topics, a structured way of working, and an eye for the big picture.
- You work independently and proactively, yet remain team-oriented.
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have an interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence and are open to integrating innovative AI applications into everyday work. Initial experience or exposure to AI tools is an advantage.
- Handling sensitive data with confidentiality is a matter of course for you.
- You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
