Short Description
Job Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager – Finance (Country) develops necessary procedures and documents to perform internal control to ensure accounting transactions and human resource management complying with related regulations, financial and accounting standards and company’s management rules.
- Work with regional financial management dept. to check all company’s financial and accounting operations to ensure correct financial statements on monthly basis.
- In charge of company’s management rules, design internal procedures and related documents to ensure effective risk management and efficient workflow.
- Provide internal anti-fraud, anti-harassment and compliance training to enhance employees’ understanding and attention to prevent any compliance issue.
- Support regional audit dept. to perform internal audit to ensure proper corporate governance and avoid any violation of related regulations.
- Provide accurate estimation of administrative expenditure to support management to plan yearly budget and quarterly forecast.
- Perform human resource management to update personnel profile, career status, job description and evaluation to support management to develop personal development plan and organizational planning where applicable in countries.
- Perform payroll calculation, tax administration and attendance tracking to ensure timely and correct processing of monthly payroll where applicable in countries.
Job Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in finance management or accounting
- Professional Certification:
- Working experience:
- 7 years’ experience
- At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in internal control.
- Detailed orientated and accurate
- Experienced working with JDE (preferably 9.1) or other ERP systems
- Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal
- Accurate, good analytical skills, strong communication skills, hands-on
- Product experience:
- Industry experience:
- IT skill and literacy: Proficiency in MS office suite
- Travelling Requirements: As required
