Job Description
We are seeking an Associate to lead significant workstreams of advisory and transformation engagements across the UAE and wider Middle East.
You will join an established client engagement and play a key role in supporting the client's ongoing transformation journey. Working closely with senior client stakeholders and delivery teams, you will be expected to quickly establish credibility, understand organisational priorities and provide leadership across critical workstreams.
The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, delivery leadership and stakeholder management, helping clients improve performance and strengthen organisational capability.
This is not a traditional strategy consulting role focused solely on recommendations. We are looking for individuals who can design solutions, lead delivery teams and help clients implement meaningful and sustainable change.
As a client facing consultant, you will be expected to spend a proportion of your week working from client locations in Abu Dhabi, working directly with stakeholders to shape solutions, support implementation and ensure successful delivery of transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership and Advisory
- Lead workstreams across transformation, operating model and organisational effectiveness engagements.
- Advise client stakeholders on organisational challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Lead assessments of governance, operating models, capabilities and organisational performance.
- Design target operating models, governance frameworks and organisational structures.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans and business cases.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Present recommendations and findings to senior client stakeholders.
Delivery Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate delivery activities.
- Manage workstream plans, risks, dependencies and quality assurance.
- Ensure delivery outcomes meet client expectations and project objectives.
- Support programme governance and performance monitoring activities.
- Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants.
Business Development
- Contribute to proposals, bids and client pursuits.
- Support the identification of growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Contribute to thought leadership and capability development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the market.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will help clients to:
- Define future operating models and organisational structures.
- Establish effective governance and accountability frameworks.
- Improve organisational capability and performance.
- Deliver complex transformation programmes successfully.
- Embed sustainable change and realise measurable benefits.
- Align strategy, operations and delivery outcomes.
Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience within consulting, advisory, transformation or organisational change environments.
- Experience leading workstreams or projects within complex transformation programmes.
- Experience working with senior client stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in operating model design, organisational effectiveness, governance or transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing project delivery.
- Demonstrable experience working directly with client stakeholders in complex organisational environments.
- Comfortable operating within client teams and spending time at client locations to support delivery, stakeholder engagement and decision making.
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting business development activities.
- Experience working with government, built environment, real estate, infrastructure, transport, utilities, water, energy or development organisations within the Middle East.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
