Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications.
- Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze user requirements to design and develop technical solutions.
- Write efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain user documentation for implemented solutions.

- Proficiency in user interface design and database structures.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competence in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) using common design patterns.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience : 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Java-based projects.
- Technical Skills :
Core Java
- HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX
- Framework : Strong expertise in Spring MVC or Spring Boot.
- Database : Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Servers : Experience with Tomcat and WebLogic.
- Version Control : Experience with GIT/Bitbucket
- Java Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
